At Art In A Tube, every order is produced with care and packaged securely for delivery to your door. We ship our art prints worldwide, ensuring customers everywhere can enjoy our collection.
1. Order Processing
All prints are made to order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
2. Packaging
All art prints are rolled and shipped in durable cardboard tubes to protect them during transit.
Each tube is sealed and labelled carefully to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from our facility in Australia.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping rates vary depending on:

All shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.
We currently offer one flat shipping option per region (no express service at this time).
5. Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or courier delays.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.
Art In A Tube is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs inspections.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We work hard to ensure every order arrives safely and on time. However:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect delivery information.

If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in tracking or replacing it where possible.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
